Reason for leaving: They suck. I was staggered and ZIed in this last war and not one of them bothered to engage any of my attackers. They all ran to peace mode.
Are you currently involved in any wars? One attacker from RIA, residual from the war and about to expire, and one presumed tech raider from LEG.
Reason for joining Nueva Vida: not sure if I am going to rebuild or leave, but NV is the best place to do it. In the SSX, we were a protectorate and then allies. In my experience, you've been fair and reliable folk.
Nueva Vida requires all new members with an infra level below 3,000 to sell tech, would this be a problem for you and why? I guess not.
I Messiah agree that if I give false information in this application that I will be expelled and could face serious actions towards my nation.

About time! Sorry to hear the war went so awfully for you. I was in quite the pickle myself. If I had known you were in such rough shape, I wouldn't have accepted the aid you offered me.
