Preamble - Invocation to Chalchiuhtlicue
(alliance name here) and Nueva Vida:

In the name of Chalchiuhtlicue, goddess of births and waters, we immerse ourselves in her sacred pools that we might commence our solemn relationship to be brothers and sisters in this treaty: to learn together, to laugh together, to bleed together, to harvest together, to know victory together. Chalchiuhtlicue, hear our words! Bless us with peace between ourselves for as long as the sea welcomes the rivers!

We, the nations of (alliance name here) and Nueva Vida, the brother alliances of this accord, hereby take the Seven Oaths of Treaty with each other. To the world: hear our words, for they are not made in sport or jest. These are solemn things, and to be considered deeply by all nations of the world. Hear them!

First Oath – The Oath of Quetzalcoatl - The Oath of Peace
We, the nations of the brother alliances say in the name of Quetzalcoatl, lord of rulers, that we will never war with each other; we will never spy on each other; we will never hurt one another; we will never speak ill of one another; we will give the great gift of peace to each other as long as the Morning Star shall make its rounds in the heavens.

Second Oath - The Oath of Tonatiuh - The Oath of Sovereignty
We, the nations of the brother alliances say in the name of Tonatiuh, lord of the sun, that we shall keep order in our own houses and not meddle with our brothers. We shall not threaten each other; we shall not make demands of our brothers. We shall speak good words to our brothers and we shall help them when they call upon us, but not steal from them: not their dignity, not their lives, not their goods, not their nations.

Third Oath - The Oath of Paynal - The Oath of Messages
We, the nations of the brother alliances say in the name of Paynal, messenger to Huitzilopochtli, that we shall always speak to each other. We shall always bear messages to each other of wars and rumors of wars; of things we must both know of; of the settlement of disputes with words not wars; of instruction and edification. We say in the name of Paynal, messenger to Huitzilopochtli, that we shall have the lords of the brother alliances speak frequently with each other; the leaders, soldiers, and merchants as well shall speak with each other. We shall grow our brotherhood with words of support and wisdom.

Fourth Oath - The Oath of Ilamatecuhtli - The Oath of Penalties
We, the nations of the brother alliances say in the name of Ilamatecuhtli, ancient goddess of the death in the earth, whose roar begins the shedding of blood in war, that we shall pay penalties if we should bring harm to one another. May our ancient mother Ilamatecuhtli punish the brother that brings woe to the other! Should a nation of one brother alliance war with a nation of another brother alliance, should it aid the enemy of a nation of another brother alliance, should it harm the trading partners of a nation of another brother alliance, should it spy on a nation of a brother alliance, should it try to steal members or goods from a brother alliance - woe unto it! The lords of the brother alliances shall counsel on the fate of that nation, and it shall be made to pay half again the damages it has done! It shall itself not be compensated for its losses, brought upon itself in its wrongdoing! It shall not be a member of either brother alliance, should it refuse, and then Ilamatecuhtli shall roar and bring war to that nation that offends this treaty and dishonors this oath of penalties!

And should one brother alliance betray the other outright, Ilamatecuhtli shall roar and bring down the stars and bring up the earth to visit death upon the alliance that betrays its brother, for it shall be at dishonorable war with the honorable brother: It shall be as Tezcatlipoca, he who is lord of discord and lord of dishonorable deeds in the night, he who betrayed Quetzalcoatl.

Fifth Oath - The Oath of Huitzilopochtli - The Oath of War
We, the nations of the brother alliances say in the name of Huitzilopochtli, the left-handed hummingbird and lord of war, that we shall bleed when the other bleeds in defending. That we, as brothers, shall not suffer our brother to be attacked and we not defend our brother, even unto our own death. We say in the name of Huitzilopochtli, he who brings fire to our souls and victory to our weapons, that it is better to die with our brothers than to live without them. We say, in the name of the great lord Huitzilopochtli, that he who attacks one brother alliance attacks the other. Should a brother alliance choose to fight alone, it may do so: but it may always call upon its brothers, should it ever be in need of their help.

When a brother alliance goes to war and attacks a foe, it may call upon the other brother for help of any sort two days before it plans to attack. The other brother will mediate and judge if its help is warranted: if not, it will not aid; if so, it will give blood and treasure in the war to come.

No brother alliance shall seek a separate peace with its foes if it fights alongside its other brother alliance in war.

Should a brother alliance not come to the defense of the other brother alliance within a day of being asked, it shall be as Tezcatlipoca, vile lord of betrayal, and shall dissolve these oaths in dishonor to its name. Ilamatecuhtli shall roar for the souls of the betrayer!

Sixth Oath - The Oath of Yacatecuhtli - The Oath of Aid
We, the nations of the brother alliances say in the name of Yacatecuhtli, lord of treasures brought from afar, that in the time following wars that we shall render aid to those who fought. We promise money, trade, and whatever gifts we can offer to help our brothers in the alliance rebuild their nations. If only one brother fought, then the other shall offer up what it can to help. If both brothers fought, then the great nations of both brother alliances shall aid the lesser nations of both brother alliances in the ways that they can.

Seventh Oath - The Oath of Tezcatlipoca - The Oath of Ends
We, the nations of the brother alliances say in the name of Tezcatlipoca, enemy of both sides, he who brings changes from conflicts, that should we grow apart as brothers, we may end this brotherhood honorably by telling the other brother two days before formally ending the brotherhood. We shall say that such an ending is honorable and inevitable if we grow cold to each other.

But should a brother alliance end this brotherhood by breaking the oaths above, woe, woe unto it! That brother is he who betrays, one with Tezcatlipoca when he slew Queztalcoatl, and Tlazolteotl alone will be she who eats the filth of such men, if they would want forgiveness for their sin.
